South LA Wetlands Park Cleans Stormwater(0) More progress on cleaning up LAC’s watershed. This stormwater mitigation system has a unique angle. It filters water with naturally occurring bacteria and then releases purified water into the stormdrain system. Most such projects filter polluted stormwater directly into subterranean aquifers. Either way a welcome addition to the region’s growing collection of stormwater filtration projects. |
